I’d contemplated getting the Mini Metropolis palette because of that gorgeous middle green shade but I’d have had to order it online, which I never like and that orange shade really put me off. I think I also read some less than stellar reviews at Sephora and in the end figured I could easily dupe the green. Of course, now I’ve got a bit of mild regret…but only mild!
This is a great list! So comprehensive and I’m lucky that I have the vast majority of these excellent products. ND has become one of my favorite brands and I do not hesitate to purchase any of her eyeshadow palettes.
ND palettes take up the most space in my stash for a reason (PMG being a close second). I am less inclined these days to her 5-pans and have a handful of palettes in high rotation; always immediately accessible: Biba, Safari, Bronze, Retro, Star2020 and the Glam Face palette-deep.
I have Glam and the Gold mini, love them! Every time I tried to get Metropolis it was sold out. The one that got away. Hope she puts out a couple of minis with those gorgeous dark blues and teals in 2022.
The only palette I have of ND is Glam – which is one of the most versatile neutral palettes around (now that UD Naked has been discontinued). I really like the quality of this palette. The only two of hers that I have considered purchasing are Metropolis and Bronze – but I decided that there were too many matte and orangey kind of shades in both palettes to justify the expensive (and my word, at Sephora here in Aus – Bronze is $100 and Metropolis was more than $190…..).
Yes🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽 Looking back, hers was my first expensive palette and I should have just stopped there with her and some of PMG’s and saved myself money over the long haul.
