Noir Moon is a rich, inky black base with multi-colored pearl throughout--predominantly teal, emerald green, and violet. The consistency was incredibly smooth and almost cream-like, which helped the eyeshadow adhere well to bare skin and retain all that pretty shimmer and not just dissipate when blended. It had opaque color payoff that lasted well for nine hours before showing signs of fading.
